Trapt is an American rock band formed in Los Gatos, California in 1995. They are known for their nu metal, post-grunge,and alternative metal sound. The band has released nine studio albums, with their newest album, The Fall, being released in May 2024. Their most popular songs include “Headstrong”, “Echo”, and “Still Life”.
