GoldenSky Festival 2027

GoldenSky is back. Sacramento's own country music festival returns to Discovery Park for a full weekend on October 9–10, 2027, produced by Danny Wimmer Presents, the team behind Aftershock. It's the first of three straight years on the river: GoldenSky is committed to Discovery Park for 2027, 2028 and 2029.

The lineup drops this Thursday, October 15 at 10 AM PT. Past GoldenSky weekends brought Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Lainey Wilson, Jon Pardi, Riley Green, Shaboozey, Bailey Zimmerman and Thomas Rhett to Sacramento, so expect big names.

New for 2027

• The Tailgate: start the day with local eats, lawn games and happy hour prices.
• Bar 1973: an air-conditioned old west saloon with arcade games.
• 3 Piña Coladas: Honky Tonk Luau: frozen drinks and Gulf & Western tunes.
• El Dorado Cantina: margaritas, tequila, mezcal and local street tacos.
• Smokehouse Inn: California-style tri-tip grilled over red oak.
• River City Dance Hall and Overtime Sports Bar return, reworked for 2027, with two-step and line dance lessons from Sacramento instructors and the weekend's big games on the screens.
