Flower Vato, aka DJ Larry of Shady Lady's Sunday "Church" nights, spins a Halloween night set of funk, disco, post-punk, cumbia, new wave and '60s bangers at the R Street saloon.
There's no cover, and he'll hand out gifts to the most creative and outrageous costumes while supplies last.
