Cara Emilia

Cara Emilia (Cara Emilia Gregor) is a full-time painter and teacher in Sacramento. She paints intuitively, starting without a fixed plan and letting color, shape and movement guide each decision, mainly in acrylic and mixed media. Her subjects include vibrant florals, playful still lifes, house cats, dreamscapes, abstracts and plein air landscapes.

She teaches intuitive painting classes for all levels, works as an independent Crocker Arts Educator, and co-founded and hosts Art Club Sacramento. She is an artist member of Axis Gallery and sells originals, prints and handmade pieces weekly at the Midtown Farmers Market.
