Misha Bittleston

Misha Bittleston is a Sacramento painter whose practice is rooted in ink. "I have been working in ink for over thirty years," Bittleston writes, and that long run shows up in ink paintings and pen drawings alongside oils, watercolors, gouache, prints and stoneware ceramic sculpture.

Color carries a lot of weight in the work: "To me color is spiritual, it radiates hope, love and fun." The artist's site sorts the catalog into recent work, originals, ink expressionism, ceramic sculpture and fine art prints. For Sac Open Studios, Bittleston shows at Panama Art Factory.
