About Fairytale Town
Fairytale Town is a nonprofit children's park in William Land Park, across from the Sacramento Zoo. It has 26 play sets based on nursery rhymes and fairy tales, from Humpty Dumpty's bridge to a castle and a giant shoe slide, plus farm animals, gardens and two stages for children's theater.
From March through October it's open daily from 9 AM to 4 PM; from November through February it's open Thursday to Sunday, 10 AM to 4 PM. It's weather permitting, and guests inside by 4 can stay until 5. Admission is $10 for adults and children 2 to 12, and free for 1 and under and for members. Adults need to come with a child, and children with an adult.
