About Frank

Frank is a small, dimly lit whiskey and cocktail bar tucked into a side entrance of the Ice Blocks on R Street. Look for the blue door: there's no big sign, and it's easy to walk right past. Inside it feels like a cozy library, with around 25 seats at the bar and a handful of tables, so it fills up fast on weekends.

The menu runs from classic and house cocktails to dessert martinis, whiskey flights and zero-proof drinks, and the chalkboard Recession Menu by the door keeps $5 mimosas, $6 Ranch Waters and a $10 boilermaker on hand. Frank is cash only, with a no-fee ATM inside.
