About Kodaiko Ramen & Bar

Kodaiko Ramen & Bar sits on K Street one block from Golden 1 Center, which makes it an easy bowl before a Kings game or a show downtown. The kitchen builds its ramen around quality ingredients and the seasons, and the bar pours craft cocktails, hand-picked beers and sake.

The ramen list covers a three-day pork tonkotsu, chicken shoyu, citrus shio, a mushroom paitan with cashew cream, a vegan shoyu, mabo ramen and a brothless green chile mazemen. Small plates include karaage, shrimp toast, crab hand rolls and crispy brussels sprouts with chili caramel, and there are katsu sandos, donburi bowls and a kids menu. Walk-ins can join the waitlist online, and the space books private events.
