Music Lab East Sacramento

Music Lab East Sacramento is a four-room teaching studio in the River Park neighborhood. It started as the second location of Drum Lab and now teaches guitar, bass, piano, voice, cello and other instruments alongside drums.

Students start at age five, and the school matches each one with an instructor who plays the style they want to learn, from first-timers to working musicians. Teachers are professional Northern California musicians, and students are encouraged to try different teachers over time to round out their playing. There are summer recitals and an August Jam Lab, and the first lesson is a free trial.
