About New Brew Cafe

New Brew Cafe opened on Watt Avenue in North Highlands in 2017. Founder Rachel Espinosa runs it with her son, Daniel Valdez, and the family has since added a second cafe in Rocklin. They're happy to make drinks however you like them. Espinosa says their espresso is "known to be bold" while still tasting light.

The menu covers craft coffee, blended mochas, horchata lattes, iced matcha, teas, protein shakes, smoothies and Red Bull-based energy drinks. Food is made to order with organic and gluten-free options: breakfast sandwiches, a keto breakfast bowl, avocado toast and bagel sandwiches, plus cinnamon rolls, scones and loaf cakes. Dogs get pup cups.
