About OneSpeed Pizza

OneSpeed is a pizza-focused neighborhood restaurant on Folsom Boulevard that has been part of East Sacramento since 2009. It's the sister restaurant to The Waterboy in Midtown, and the pies are California style, with a thin, chewy crust made from organic flour and a sauce built on organic DiNapoli tomatoes.

Pizzas run from a classic margherita to a New Jersey tomato pie, a mushroom pie with shishito peppers, and Rick's Pizza with mortadella, potatoes, olives, goat cheese and salsa verde, plus a meat-loaded calzone. Antipasti, chicory salads, spaghetti aglio e olio, potato gnocchi and a grass-fed burger fill out the dinner menu, with sticky toffee pudding and affogato for dessert. Gluten-free crust and vegan cheese are available, and takeout can be ordered online.
