Small-group youth wrestling in Loomis for ages 4 and up, coached by national champion and UFC veteran Alex Munoz. First class free.

About Reflex Wrestling

Reflex Wrestling is a youth wrestling gym in Loomis, just past Rocklin, run by head coach and founder Alex Munoz. He was a two-time state champion and a national champion in high school, wrestled at the NCAA Division I level, then won MMA world titles and fought in the UFC. Every class is small-group and coached by him personally, with a focus on technique, confidence and discipline.

There are three programs. Tuesday's class for ages 4 to 7 covers fundamentals and coordination for first-time wrestlers. Thursday's class for ages 7 and up works on technique, live drilling and match awareness. Friday's advanced session is for kids who compete or are getting ready to, and competitive training is by invitation. Membership is $120 a month per program with no contract, family discounts are available, and the first class is free. Families come from Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay and around Sacramento.
