1028 Lounge is a second-floor cocktail lounge on 2nd Street in Old Sacramento, open Friday through Sunday. It mixes cocktails with DJs and beats, and runs a regular lineup of its own events: a movie night series with free popcorn, Canvas & Cocktails paint nights, listening parties and Monday Night Football.
