Haute Coffee Roseville

Haute Coffee began in South Florida in 2023 as a coffee truck started by Sacramento native Saada Najjar. Roseville was the brand's first California cafe. It sits in The Brickyard shopping center in a former Starbucks space and is run by Karim Zahriya, a longtime friend of Najjar, who also runs the Elk Grove location.

The focus is single-origin Yemeni and Ethiopian coffee at a full espresso bar, along with specialty lattes, ceremonial-grade matcha and chai. Signature drinks include the Adeni Karak Chai and a Honey & Cardamom Latte, plus seasonal specials. The brand says its syrups are certified kosher and halal. It stays open until 10 PM most nights and until midnight on weekends, so it works as an after-dinner stop.
