About Pilothouse Restaurant at the Delta King
The Pilothouse fills the Delta King's original dining room, aboard the paddlewheel riverboat moored on the Old Sacramento waterfront. The kitchen works with produce from local farms, and the dinner menu runs from crab cakes, ahi tartare and clam chowder to Cajun linguini, petrale sole, Skuna Bay salmon and short rib bourguignon.
Service starts with breakfast on weekdays and brunch on weekends, followed by lunch and dinner, with a weekday happy hour from 4 to 6 PM. The boat's Delta Bar & Grill, reached by the original grand staircase, has outdoor waterfront seating. Reservations are taken by phone or online.
