Social Nightclub

Social has been a downtown Sacramento nightclub since 2008, upstairs on the second floor of the Kay at 10th and K. Inside there's a glowing alabaster bar, rosewood walls and private VIP rooms; outside, a long veranda patio looks over the city, with its own bar, a smoking area and private cabanas. DJs play Thursday through Saturday from 10 PM to 1:30 AM, with a second DJ often on the patio.

Book a Table

Request a table or booth through Social's VIP page, or call the VIP line at (916) 947-0434. A VIP host calls back to confirm. Tables come with bottle service and a minimum spend that the host confirms when you book.

• VIP entry, called The Social Hour, runs 9:30 to 10 PM.
• Your whole group has to arrive together to be seated. Get there before 10:30 PM for the best table.
• Booths hold up to 10 guests unless the club approves more ahead of time.

Before You Go

Social is 21 and over, and you need a valid physical ID (photos of IDs aren't accepted). The dress code is stylish: button-ups, polos, fitted tees, tailored jeans or slacks, dresses and fashion sneakers or dress shoes. No athletic wear, workwear, baggy or sagging clothes, hats or beanies, slides or open-toe sandals, men's tank tops, or backpacks. The door can turn away anyone based on overall look, so see the full dress code before you go.
