Kingdom Coffee Roasters
Folsom roastery-cafe near the outlets known for coffee slushies, a mocha made with local Cru chocolate and long shared tables.
About Kingdom Coffee Roasters
Kingdom Coffee Roasters began in a Folsom garage. Founders Ty Manukyan and William Rentfrow later moved it into a former vape shop on Iron Point Road, near the outlets, where the roaster sits out in the open. They redid the space with clean monochrome walls and long tables built for sharing, and it's an easy place to sit and read the paper.
They try to roast each coffee to its sweetest point. The menu is short on purpose: a standard espresso lineup (ask for a cortado instead of a macchiato), batch brew, simple syrup for sweet drinks, and a mocha made with chocolate from local Cru. The coffee slushie, made with coffee, almond milk and simple syrup, is the drink people come back for.
